Hi, I am looking for an expert in deep learning and PyTorch neural networks who can adapt an image classification code, for spectral images from a cancer patient vs healthy patient’s dataset. Ultimately, I want the neural network to perform binary classification, sort data that is fed as one of the two groups. Can you please direct me towards any similar codes that can be trained on such graphical data to recognize and classify newly presented graphs as one of the two groups? We are working with pediatric brain cancer dataset. Your contribution will be acknowledged and honored. Thank you |

Issue resolved. For those interested in similar pursuits, I suggest looking up convolutional neural networks (CNN) with Tensorflow/keras. There are many data science resources and courses available for this. Here is a simple CNN code in google colab:
