Community account on hold

My community account is temporarily on hold for unclear reasons, since October. Would be great if someone could look into that. The account is frans-k.

And as a feature request it would be great to not have to create a temporary account and post a message in a random place to get help with this. Or make temporary holds actually temporary.

just wondering why your account was temporarily disabled ? any violations ? or just a mistake ?
