Coding Issue; nothing works past Title

Hi, we are stuck–can anyone see anything wrong with our code? It’s not recognizing our Title choice, tagline, etc?

as we are concerned too about the situation, but it’s really hard to guess the way it is presented, you may want to chunk or elaborate the problem

what I can only understand is, this is maybe a GitHub Page problem
