Claim a squatted username since 2013

Hi,

I am trying to create an account for my company and the same is already taken, but I believe the account fits on the Name Squatting policy since the account was never used since 2013.

I try to open a ticket on support but looks like there is no one there to help me.

Is there anyone here who could help me with that?
