Check code syntax in GitHub community posts

I recently posted some code in response to a question on GitHub Community.

I had two options in doing so:

  1. write and/or compile the code to verify if the syntax was correct.
  2. write the code from memory and hope I got it right

I see that the framework supports a spell-checker to catch spelling errors.  Any chance of a syntax highlighter to alert writers to coding errors?
