Greetings, I am on a Linux box. I use SSH all of the time. I added my public key to my GitHub account. I added my private key to my ssh-agent. I am using git version 2.17.1. If I do: ssh -T git@github.com I get: Hi blakemcbride! You’ve successfully authenticated, but GitHub does not provide shell access. When I clone a repo I own and do a push, I get asked for a password. Why? Thanks! Blake McBride |

ahhh. Think I’ve got it. You have to clone with SSH and not HTTPS. |
