Cannot upload zip file to issues on Windows due to unusual content type header

When trying to upload zip file into issue comment, it says “we don’t support that file type”.

According to, this is due to “wrong” content-type of the computer that is in Windows and has WinRAR installed (I’m seeing content_type as “video/zip”).

It also says this bug has been tracked internally since 2017, but I still encounter this bug today.

Is there any chance to get it fixed?
