Can you add Lazy Loads to a blog on the blogger platform?

I need to increase the speed on my blog and I read an article about Lazy Loads.

Lazy loading is the approach of waiting to load resources until they are needed, rather than loading them in advance. This can improve performance by reducing the number of resources that need to be loaded and parsed on the initial page load.

  • Click Remix to Edit to make the project editable.

lazysizes.min.js has already been downloaded and added to this Glitch. To include it in the page:

  • Add the following <script> tag to index.html :

<script src="lazysizes.min.js" async></script><!-- Images End --></body>

QUESTION:

1. What does this mean?

  • Click Remix to Edit to make the project editable.

lazysizes.min.js has already been downloaded and added to this Glitch.

2. Do you add

  • <script> tag to index.html :
after each image or do you add it ito your blog one time?

Hello @Laurend1985, thanks for joining us.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the best place to get information on implementing things for the Blogger platform. Fortunately, Blogger has its own help forum that should be a much better location to get these kinds of questions answered. Additionally, if you have a question about an article that you read, you may want to contact the author of the article.

Since this is off-topic for our forum, I’m going to close this topic but I wish you good luck in finding the answers you need.
