This page https://developer.github.com/apps/building-github-apps/identifying-and-authorizing-users-for-github-apps/ talks about user to server and list the create comment as an option. But when I try it I got message: “Resource not accessible by integration” |

If the repo installed the app, then it works. I guess it won’t work if the repo did not install the app. |
