Can no longer push. Windows 10. Will next accept ssh password

Hey there!

So whenever I try to push, I am prompted for a password to my ssh key. Once I enter it correctly though, another popup appears asking for the passcode again. Submitting this password or pressing cancel on this box causes the prompt to loop. Eventually, the looping stops and my permission to the repo is denied. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling git but that did not help. Any thoughts? Please let me know if there is any more information you guys want.

Sounds like you have the wrong password for your ssh key. If you don’t have a backup without a password, it without a working known password for that key, you’ll want to delete the key and make a new one. Then you’ll want to go to everywhere they trusts that key and remove its trust and add trust for the retirement key.
