[bug] issues from other repositories shown as "linked issues"

I’ve got this weird thing going on where a dependabot PR on my public repo shows linked issues from another repository? its the repository for the package im updgrading.

super strange, i hope me merging this doesn’t close those issues?

I’m leaving a screenshot since I’m about to merge this PR, but the repo as shown in the screenshot is enterprise-oss/osso, and it’s linking issues in cypress-io/cypress

Do the release notes there contain the linked issue keywords like “fixes #issuenumber”?

Your screenshot does show closed issues, so hopefully there wasn’t a problem there.
