What is the current best practice to wait for an ECS Service to stabilize, before running tests on the service? I am familiar with https://github.com/aws-actions/amazon-ecs-deploy-task-definition, but it takes about 10-15 minutes for all resources to finish the deployment. This would lead to several hours every week just spent waiting for the service to stabilize.
What is the current best practice to run such a workload?
Or is waiting (such as
sleep 600) not calculated against the runner minutes?
