Banned for no reason: GitHub does nothing, is complicit

This issue Kindly advise W3C they are blocking access to Ombuds to file appeal of adverse action was closed by GitHub staff.

You might want to try getting help from somewhere that focuses on W3C contact methods.

Where precisely is that somewhere else?

W3C also blocked email access to their Ombuds.

Why close the issue GitHub staff? GitHub support sent the email of ban.

If you are going to help, do so.

Stop closing issues because you do not like or cannot handle being asked questions, particularly about a ban based on erroneous pretext of “racial slur” without any evidence presented to support that wild claim.

You’re receiving this email because you have been blocked by an organization on GitHub.

You can contact the W3C via any of the methods on their contact page.

The email you pasted in your post there is an automated notification about the action taken by the member of the w3c organization on GitHub. If you have a concern with the action taken, you’ll need to take it up with the owners of that organization.

The reason that posted these topics is because W3C blocked my email address from contacting W3C, which we already established

Blocking access to ombuds@w3.org has been fixed.

they should not be doing.

Your message to ombuds @ w3c . org has been blocked. See technical details below for more information.
The response from the remote server was:

550 sender address guest271314 @ gmail . com is blocked from emailing this site. If you think this is wrong, please contact abuse-human

Thus, there is no way to follow up in appealing the ban that is not supported by any factual evidence whatsoever. Since GitHub sent the email to me on behalf of the other party GitHub can notify the other party that their organization is blocking access to the Ombuds in their organization, which nullifies the purpose of having an Ombuds title whatsoever.

Do you understand the purpose of these posts here now?

The automated message you received is simply part of w3c’s use of GitHub’s services. If w3c decided to ban you from their repository(ies) that’s w3c’s choice, not GitHub’s. Further GitHub is not responsible for the configuration of w3c’s email services.

You shuold likely contact w3c’s abuse-human@ service as the w3c email response states or the relevant regional representative as listed in the previously linked contact info.

If w3c decided to ban you from their repository(ies) that’s w3c’s choice, not GitHub’s.

Well, cease and desist from delivering their ban messages if you want nothing to do with the process. Else, as is this case, when what is supposed to occur does not and you (GitHub) are contacted, you cannot state you had nothing to do with the process.

The title of this site is “Support Community”.

That is why I asked a very specific question here: Can you kindly advise the third party that you rendered services for to stop blocking access to their ombuds by email.

That is a reasonable request given the evidence that I have posted here.

If this is the best that you can do I am not impressed.

I had to ask anyway to at least attempt contact with an individual within an institution that is capable of comprehending reason. Not a simple task.

The problem is this site is censoring the term “[N]egro” without any rational explanation https://github.com/guest271314/banned/issues/2
