Automatic creation of a pull request ?

Hi,

I have a question that whenever the developers make hotfixes in the release branches it should automatically creates a pull request to the develop branch. Is there any hooks or APIs to achieve this kind of automation ? or is there any possibility to make merges automatically ? whenever develope make changes in release branch it should merge with develop automatically. Is it possible ?

Hey! I suggest creating a GitHub action which on a push to the specific branch, it uses the GitHub API https://developer.github.com/v3/pulls/#create-a-pull-request to create a pull request to develop.
