Authentication against github apis and deprecation of oauth

Had a question regarding how I’m authenticating against github to make various api calls for my product group’s CI/CD system?

each of my calls is using a basic auth header with a username/password combination of:
“SecretTokenValue” and “x-oauth-basic”

After reading that github is going to be deprecating some of the auth mechanisms I wanted to find out if this secret key header is something I’m going to have to refactor?
