ARCore, problem with cloud anchors

I’m creating a multiplayer application in which multiple objects can be placed and then solved.
The problem is that when the point where the anchor was housed is not perfectly framed, the object is still solved and appears floating in the air. How can I solve this problem? I would like to be able to notify the user if there is an anchor in that particular space and if it does not exist, do not allow the user to view the 3D model
