How do I get amount virtual memory allocated for my applycation? Without assemblers inserts. Language: C++
That’s going to be completely dependent on the OS you’re running on. What platform are you using?
First of all I’m interested in Windows 10.
You should be able to use Windows Resource Monitor application to track the amount of virtual memory any process is using.
- Launch Resource Monitor
- Navigate to the Memory tab
- Find the application in the list of processes
- Check the “Commit” column, this is the amount of virtual memory being consumed by that process in kilobytes
Thank you, but I know about resource monitor.
I want to get this information in my applycation. I’d like to call some function or use some library.
