actions/setup-node@v1 ramdomly failing with 'Unexpected HTTP response: 500'

We have been encountering random failures across all branches / PRs where the setup-node action fails with ‘Unexpected HTTP response: 500’ and it does not seem to be related to any changes made by us (none of them would affect all branches).

Is anybody else encountering this?

Nodejs.org has been having an outage, and the Action relies on a download from there. We’re working on a way to insulate Actions from this problem in the future.
