Actions are currently disabled for your account

Why My action Disable?
they said I have a problem regarding payment, then I updated my payment method and my payment was successful. And I got a purchase receipt. But my Action is still disabled. How do I get my action to work again?

The support team will get back to you as soon as they can but this may take some time as they will need to perform an investigation into why your account was disabled.

Me too, but I don’t known how to enable . :cry:

I am having this issue too. Support ticket created 4 weeks ago and still no response :confused:
