Good question. As the author of multiple Actions I’d love to be able to have consistent branding across my actions rather than “well all the icons are the same colour.” |

I suspect that the author has to be an organization and somehow automatically is applied from the organization’s avatar or something, but I haven’t been able to confirm. |

@kislerdm I ended up applying for publisher verification by connecting to the IT team of our organisation, next when verification was done, we applied for Github Partners and ended up becoming Technology partners, if you read through the page, it is mentioned there that if you become a partner you will be able to set a custom icon for your github action, and finally after all this you'd think you'd get access to a portal/UI from where you can upload your icon. NOPE! I ended up reaching partnerships@github.com and they literally asked us to send the Here's our github action in marketplace after all this.
