One of our user left the organization few months back. At that time all recovery codes and 2FA device etc is cleaned up or lost.
And the user rejoined organisation again. This time we don’t any data like password, 2FA device & recovery codes.
We from github account admin, not able to reset things, as 2FA Is enabled at complete account level, not at the user level.
Every time we tried to reset the password, it is asking us 2FA code or recovery code, that the user don’t have.
We are blocked by these for more than 2 weeks.
Kindly help us in resolving the issue quickly.
We have raised a ticket on behalf of the user and the user also raised a ticket. But there is no response from the team.
