Account Recovery and Customer Support Turnaround time


I have submited 2 customer support tickets. One ticket  is almost 6 days old, and I haven’t heard back yet.  The problem is that I lost my 2fa device.  I managed to find one recovery code, and reset my password, but I’m out of recovery codes to login.   (I’ve open a new github account, just to post this message)

What is the normal turnaround time on customer service tickets?  Please advise. 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
