Account Flagged on sign-up


I have opened a private support ticket from one of my other accounts. Ticket id is 1366355. This ticket is open since last 7 days without any response. Please help me get a response.

Additional Detail - My account is flagged on signup. I feel this is a mistake. Please help unflag it.
