Accessing another's repository as a collaborator

I’m trying to clone another’s repository on my local computer. I can clone the master branch, but can’t get the other branch.

I used the following command successfully to clone the master branch.
git clone https://github.com/othersUSERNAME/RepositoryName.git

How do I clone the other branch? A message in github says “Use Git or checkout with SVN using the web URL”
What does this mean?
Thanks,

Welcome

If you do not know the names of the other branches in a repository, you can run:
git branch -a

This will return a list of available remote and local branches.

From here you can can checkout (switch to) the desired branch.
git checkout <branch_name>
