I’ve been getting a 500 server error for 2 weeks straight on one of our pull requests. I’ve contacted firstname.lastname@example.org many times over the past 2 weeks. Last Friday I was told they’d get back to me by Monday, but I still haven’t heard back from anyone. What else can I do?
