This response always shows up, that’s not the first day I try to start any course or basically click on any button from the main page of the Lab. I tried all the tips that were given to other people who faced the same problem and nothing helped. There was told that if nothing helps, one should write to the support, so I start this topic, please help me gain access to any course

In order to contact the Technical Support, you need to click the “contacting support” link that shows in your screenshot and open a ticket describing the issue in as many details as possible. An engineer should then be taking care of your ticket
