I need help! I am getting a bit crazy. Working for hour and I cant figure out what the problem is

The site works perfectly fine when i am testing it locally in my pc however when i publish it (followed the steps from the udemy course i am following) and the result for me is not being able to see my site (even if i wait for minutes, hours or days for github to publish it).
Another project of mine i can see it however some functionalities don’t work like the ‘home’ link however this functionality works perfectly when i test it locally in my pc.
