404 Error Enable SSO on Personal Access Token for SCIM

Hello support community,
I’m an organization owner trying to setup a SCIM connector.
I have created a Personal Access Token, set the necessary scopes for the token but when trying to authorize the Personal Access Token for the organization I get a 404 error.

Do I need to enable something on the organization level first?

[SOLVED] The problem has been resolved.
It turned out that the license model was changed to normal for the test organization and as a result the SSO option was no longer available.
Registering a Personal Access Token for an organization works fine if the Organization has the enterprise license.
