404 Error appears after publish my website

Hi Community,

I am a newbie to Github. I used the Github Desktop app to commit files and published repo successfully.
However, there is a 404-page saying There isn’t a GitHub Pages site here.
https://github.com/yuye-peng/yuyepeng-portfolio

I don’t know why this happening. Need help!

I changed to PUBLIC and still have the same error 404.

your repo has to have the name YOUR_USERNAME.github.io it can’t be named yuyepeng-website.
